The Donor Engagement Intern will have the unique ability to work across teams (communications, donor relations and events) and gain exposure to multiple areas of the development office. This position will play a key role in helping to create and disseminate donor-facing (email blasts, social media posts, event invitations and signage, etc.) while helping to organize and maintain the Foundation's donor recognition and stewardship programs. Day-to-day activities and responsibilities include: • Assistance with monthly donor mailings and tracking/entry in donor database • Creation of social media content • Website maintenance, including posting news stories, updating web pages, creating forms, etc. • Assistance with content and design for the Foundation email blasts • Updates and maintenance to donor recognition software • Competitive research/reviews with comprehensive summaries • Assistance creating and updating communications materials + Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution + Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 - August 2026 + Must be committed to work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship + Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Mailchimp Experience is a plus + Ideally pursuing degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, English, Writing, or a related field At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
