Responsibilities
As our Domestic Transport Specialist, you are responsible for Domestic transport following up, claims management and reporting.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of transportation operations, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of our global supply chain. collaboration provides hands-on experience in the intricate details of international logistics and customs procedures.
Your main focus :
Analyse delivery statuses and calculate OTD.
Apply your knowledge to improve and reduce claims.
Collaborating with carriers to improve Kpis
Deep contact with different stakeholders (Customer Service, Warehousing, hauliers)
Creating Customs documents.
Gaining exposure to an international environment.

You will work closely together with several departments such as Customer Care, Customs and Warehouse. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to apply your problem-solving skills to optimize transportation day to day issues and enhance logistics efficiency. As an experienced Transport Specialist, you approach challenges with meticulous planning and a detail-oriented mindset, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:
Willing to learn about road, sea, and air transport, including customs procedures.
Spanish and English proficient level. Other European Languages (French, Italian) would be desirable.
