As a Domain Head CRR, you won’t just lead teams - you’ll own responsibility across customer business, project execution, and product strategy. This is your chance to step into a role that blends operational excellence with strategic foresight.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be entrusted with a broadened leadership scope, including:
Full ownership of CSC-related team leadership in your respective domain (CRR): project work, customer business, and support Strategic relief for CCO/CSC management by taking over day-to-day leadership and driving initiatives in your respective domain (CRR) Customer review & escalation management - resolving issues before they reach CCO level in your respective domain (CRR) Product strategy execution: prepare decisions, implement company vision, and contribute to product evolution in your respective domain (CRR) KPI accountability for PS and Customer Care within in your respective domain (CRR) Financial acumen: understand and manage product P&L and domain-specific financial goals You Bring This role marks a shift from expertise-only to full strategic and operational responsibility.Requirements
