We are seeking a senior solutions architect with strong solution engineering background to lead architecture, prototyping, and delivery across four high-impact initiatives, including immigration, ethics, compliance management, and AI. You will partner with Legal, HR, Global Ethics & Compliance, Privacy, and Enterprise Technology to design secure, scalable, AI-enabled solutions that reduce risk, increase throughput, and lower external spend-while leveraging existing enterprise platforms whenever possible.
Responsibilities:
Lead the complete solution architecture and technical roadmap across four programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, data protection mandates, and shared technology services.
Combine architectural oversight with hands-on development by creating PoCs, reference implementations, integration adapters, IaC modules, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce risk and accelerate value delivery.
Guide decisions on build-vs-buy, manage RFPs, evaluate vendors, and perform TCO analysis, while prioritizing reuse of existing enterprise platforms and AI capabilities.
Specify non-functional requirements, SLAs/SLOs, and performance and scalability goals; architect for resilience, observability, and cost-effectiveness.
Integrate privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles, including DPIAs, threat modeling, data minimization, encryption/tokenization, DLP, retention/legal hold, and audit readiness.
Define the data architecture for PII, PCI, and sensitive data, covering classification, lineage, retention, and defensible disposal in compliance with GDPR, PIPL, CCPA/CPRA, ISPS, and RIM.
Partner with product and legal operations to lead change management, including target operating models, required roles and skills, process updates, training, and adoption tracking.
Develop and maintain solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, integration contracts, data models, and runbooks, while mentoring teams on architectural best practices.
