Documentation Controller - Manufacturing

We are committed to our mission to improve lives because, every day, we witness the enormous impact of our efforts on the world around us. **The Documentation Controller is responsible for maintaining organized and updated documents using appropriate Quality Management System Databases uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage. This position also completes preparation activities for Quality Management Review meetings and ensures proper communication across departments. This position will also manage process flow for change orders according to internal processes.** Essential Functions + Approve and activates new and revised documents in the Quality Management databases. + Print and distribute controlled documents. + Scan and upload documents per company procedure. + Maintain record retention timelines per company procedure and applicable regulatory requirements. + Create access to QMS for new employees. + Input changes from change order system and manage change order flows. + Other duties as assigned. - **_Required Qualifications/Abilities:_** + High school diploma. + Associate degree in Quality, Business or Manufacturing preferred. + 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment required. + Experience working with Quality management system or databases. + Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
