Documentation Administrator with French
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Developing and assure Emerson documentation standards (layout and contents), study drawings, specifications, and product samples + Preparing user documentation for a variety of materials, including how-to guides and instruction manuals + Building Documentation Dossier according to user’s requirements (table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks and cite sources) for Projects, MRO, and Service orders + Collecting, coordinating, and controlling qualitatively the electronic documentation from Factories / COF and other sources + Responding efficiently to documentation requests and queries from internal customers and provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic, paper) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained + When needed, acting as the customer concern point for all documentation execution-related matters in front of internal and external customers **Who You Are:** You are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
