Document Scanning Specialist
Job Title: Document Scanning and Data Entry SpecialistJob Description

Join a dynamic team as a Document Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing important documents. You will work with MRP/ERP software (AS400) to accurately enter subcontract data, invoices, purchase orders, and slips. ResponsibilitiesScan and file documents including slips, invoices, and purchase orders.Enter subcontract data into MRP/ERP software (AS400).Perform extensive data entry tasks.Complete all other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.High School Diploma required.Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny experience in accounting and/or purchasing is an advantage.Experience in construction, manufacturing, or utility industry is desirable.Work Environment

The position is based in a corporate office environment with excellent onsite amenities for employees. The role follows a business casual dress code and operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
