Document Processor
Job Description As the Document Processor - Right-of-Way (ROW), you’ll manage critical aspects of ROW documentation, including property research, title curative efforts, document preparation, and quality control. You’ll also coordinate fund disbursements and ensure seamless communication between field and office operations. Your precision and attention to detail will directly support timely and accurate project delivery. - Preparing essential documents such as ROEs, contracts, deeds, easements, and settlement packages - Performing title curative work to resolve ownership discrepancies or parcel issues - Coordinating the ordering and disbursement of funds for property closings - Managing document control and ensuring quality assurance across all ROW filings - Organizing and maintaining project data using Excel and internal database systems - Collaborating with acquisition agents, surveyors, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions - Ensuring all files are complete, accurate, and ready for closing We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • HS Diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s degree • 2-4+ years of experience in real estate, title, property research, or other related fields • Strong working knowledge of land records, legal descriptions, and closing processes • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Docusign • Experience working on infrastructure projects or in real estate/title services • Familiarity with real estate closing workflows and curative processes null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
