Document Management Specialist
**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the Quality Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our team. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain and update records, including quality control documents, processes, and procedures. + Working cross functionally with different groups in the organization to strengthen internal processes and procedures. + Working with our Quality Management System (QMS) team in coordinating procedure reviews, training, scheduling, and supporting internal/external quality audits. + Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, and identify discrepancies or errors + Organize, file, storage, and retrieval of records in accordance with company policies and requirements. + Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including maintaining spreadsheets, providing records training, and performing data entry. + Assist with daily functions including nonconformances, corrective actions, and scheduling. + Collaborate with production staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation of manufacturing processes. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + BS Degree in a related field (e.g., business, administration, quality control) or equivalent education/experience + Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience working in a defense contracting environment. + Knowledge of record-keeping software and systems (e.g., document management systems). + 2 years of office work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or quality control environment. + Familiarity with quality control regulations and standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
