Document Management Associate-Regulatory & Stewardship(Contract roles)
**Position** : Document Management & System support Associate **Purpose:** The primary purpose of the Process & Project Analyst (Document Management & System Support) role is to facilitate the use of Regulatory & Stewardship processes and associated systems and tools to maintain vital documentation for the Crop Protection and Seeds platforms. **Key responsibilities:** + Participate in the implementation, continual development and maintenance of document and record management processes for capturing vital global regulatory product registration records. + Provide conceptual indexing of proprietary reports through reading and analysis, identification of key concepts, standard vocabulary and chemical substance identifiers + Clarify and fulfill incoming indexing requests to capture information, confirm criteria and support data integrity through the identification and elimination of errors + Support distillation of indexing knowledge and best practices for incorporation into indexing guidelines and operating procedures as appropriate. + Assist in gathering and centrally managing product supporting documentation as it becomes available + Provide efficient information access for dossier generation and product registration support + Requires cross-functional interactions with global registration staff, Platform Management, Global Registration Managers, Legal, and Regulatory Science + Responsible for maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information + May assist with the document management system testing following system upgrades, enhancements, security patching, and server moves **Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Science** + Familiarity with chemical nomenclature + Experience with document management systems (such as NetDocuments, Veeva Vault, DocuWare) + Experience with indexing, taxonomy and metadata + Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills + Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast paced/multitask environment + Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe and SharePoint applications + Ability to quickly learn new processes with a high degree of attention to detail Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
