Become a Document Design Specialist at PwC New Zealand and help define the visual essence of our communications! Your expertise will transform documents with accuracy and creativity, ensuring each one reflects the unique PwC brand. As a vital part of our energetic Document Specialist Team, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to create polished, professional, and brand-consistent documents that make a difference. Your day-to-day could include:
Document production, formatting, editing and design using Google, Microsoft, and Adobe PDF software.
Conducting thorough reviews of documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with PwC’s brand guidelines.
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring all documents uphold PwC’s visual identity and brand messaging consistently.
Managing multiple document projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collecting and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve document quality and effectiveness.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
Intermediate to Advanced level of document management skills (including Google and Microsoft Office suite).
Layout, formatting, and an eye for detail.
Strong confidentiality ethic.
Excellent relationship management skills and communication.
Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Team player.
