Wood is recruiting for a Document Controller to join its Digital Operations Team focusing on supporting our clients with management of project data and documentation.
This role will be based in our Hull office; therefore, we require any candidates to be within commuting distance of our office.
The Role
The Document Controller (DC) is responsible for the effective management, control, and integrity of all project-related data and documentation on behalf of Wood Group and its clients, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and industry standards.
As the DC, they are accountable for the receipt, processing, distribution, and tracking of client-supplied documentation, ensuring that project teams have timely access to accurate and up-to-date information necessary to successfully execute and deliver contracted work scopes.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external clients the DC will maintain clear communication channels regarding document status, changes, and deliverables, supporting efficient project execution and continuous improvement of document control processes.
