Position: Document Controller 
Location: Paris, France 
Contract: 12 month renewable
Project: Mozambique LNG

Airswift is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading international energy operator for a Document Controller to join a major LNG development project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the world’s largest energy projects, supporting global teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities Ensure effective application of document control processes and standards. Manage project documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Maintain integrity and accuracy of Master Document Registers and distribution matrices. Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements. Support information handover to operations and contribute to lessons learned.
Requirements Minimum High School Diploma. 5+ years experience in document control on major oil & gas projects. Proficiency in EDMS, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and scanning software. Fluent English; French or Portuguese is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a global, multi-location environment.
