Airswift is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the KAMINHO FPSO project, based fulltime at one of its engineering offices in Paris.
Location: Puteaux or Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France
Contract Type: Full-time, Onsite

Project: KAMINHO FPSO
You will be working within the project team, independently and in coordination with multiple disciplines, ensuring high?quality document control throughout the project lifecycle.
Role Overview
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and ensuring the quality of supplier documentation within the project’s document control system. You will support the engineering team by maintaining accurate, compliant, and up?to?date project documentation.
Key Responsibilities Update and maintain supplier documentation in accordance with project quality requirements. Ensure compliance with document control standards and workflows. Interface with engineering teams and multiple project disciplines. Support the project manager by providing clear, accurate document tracking. Manage document revisions, submissions, and approvals. Ensure consistent document formatting and quality before release.
Required Profile
We are seeking a Document Controller Expert (Level 3) with experience working in a design office environment.
Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in Document Control, ideally within the Oil & Gas sector. Strong understanding of document quality processes and workflows. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast?paced project environment. Technical English proficiency: written and spoken. Basic knowledge of the XCPage software is an advantage.
