Document Controller
**Job Title:** Document Controller **Location:** Calgary, AB Our client is seeking a Document Controller to join their team. As a Document Controller, you will be part of the project management team supporting capital projects and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Develop and maintain document filing systems and Master Document Registers. + Support Capital Projects and Operations Document Control process. + Work collaboratively to develop and implement transitional and improvement plans. + Assess the quality of various documents and drawings, steward corrections. + Establish Document Controls Multi-Project network and maintain effective communications. **Qualifications:** + Require a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with a history of working with EPCM consultants, preferably in Industrial, Oil and Gas, or Pipelines industries. + Experience with SharePoint and Aconex is preferred. + Self-starter with abilities to solve problems independently. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to coordinate and direct external document controllers. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on significant capital projects. + Collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement. + Hybrid schedule: In-Office Monday to Thursday with Friday working from home. + Full-time position with a commitment to professional development. + Engagement with a diverse team of professionals.
