Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Document Controller will support our team with the organization and digitization of project documentation at our corporate office. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative processes and document management within the building materials industry. This is a contract position of 4 months (July 2025 – October 2025) **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** + Scan and digitize project documents including contracts and change orders, as well as daily work logs. + Work with the Document Control Lead to organize and label digital files according to established naming conventions and storage systems. + Ensure scanned documents are legible, complete, and accurately filed. + Assist in creating a searchable archive for all documents within the seven-year legal requirement period. + Support various departments with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scheduling. + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. + Perform other related duties as assigned. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** University Degree, College Degree or Trade Certification preferred **Technical Skills:** Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Proficiency in SharePoint preferred **Additional Requirements:** + Able to work Mondays - Fridays 8:00AM – 4:30PM + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Good communication skills + Demonstrates a strong safety mindset and consistently prioritizes cleanliness + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
