Join us. **Job Description** **_This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a_** **_valid family book._** + Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of reference documents in compliance with company quality standards and record-keeping procedures. + Correlate and organize information relating to projects and proposal records. + Type, copy, distribute, and file project correspondence and meeting minutes. + Assist in preparing meeting minutes with project managers and directors. + Prepare operations manuals and job data books, including developing indexes, organizing materials, and ensuring timely printing and assembly. + Arrange document cataloguing, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of engineering documents at project closeout. + Prepare transmittals for engineering documents and requisitions. + Establish and maintain computerized indexes for active engineering documents; generate reports as required by project managers or directors. + Maintain data distribution systems and schedules for assigned projects based on client, project, and supplier requirements. + Support office administration duties including maintenance requests and materials orders. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Degree preferred but not essential; relevant certifications in document control are an advantage. **Experience:** + Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a construction supervision or engineering design consultancy. + Proven experience with **Aconex** on large-scale building, or commercial projects is essential. **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
