Job Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains detailed documentation and user guides for the quality document control processes, providing comprehensive resources to support system utilization.
• Learns to use and effectively apply professional concepts, developing a foundational understanding of relevant principles and practices that contribute to professional growth.
• Works meticulously under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output.
• Supports document authors and process owners in creating, refining, and reviewing Quality systems’ documents and records, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to lean principles and best practices.
• Administers the timely uploading and distribution of the latest revision level documents and records to the designated SharePoint site(s), ensuring all users have access to current information.
• Provides comprehensive support to users by addressing and resolving moderately complex queries related to document control processes and tools, ensuring effective system utilization and user satisfaction.
• Participates in initiatives to standardize document formats and templates, promoting consistency and ease of use across the organization, and supporting efficient document creation and review processes.
• Engages in ongoing training and development programs to expand knowledge and skills related to document control and quality management systems, staying abreast of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, Science or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Quality Systems, Document Management or equivalent in highly regulated environments/industries such as MD, Pharma, Automotive OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
