You would need to onsite at our client location each day in Window Rock, Arizona.

Job Summary:
Parsons is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Document Controller to join our team in Window Rock, Arizona. This onsite role will play a critical part in managing and maintaining project documentation for initiatives supporting the Navajo Nation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in document control processes, a strong understanding of project workflows, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, tracking, and archiving of project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and project requirements.Quality Control: Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established protocols.System Administration: Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring all records are properly stored and accessible to authorized personnel.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of project milestones.Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements.Reporting: Generate regular reports on document status, revisions, and approvals for project teams and leadership.Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on document control processes and systems.Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to project documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent), and typically 12+ years of related work experience with at least typically 8+ years in document controls (or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience).Technical Skills: Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Knowledge: Familiarity with project workflows, document control standards, and regulatory requirements.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation.Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Window Rock, Arizona.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Native American communities or tribal governments.Knowledge of Navajo Nation culture, values, and governance structures.Certification in document control or records management is a plus.

Salary Range: $41.68 - $72.93
