Document Control Coordinator
Document Control Coordinator Job Summary The Document Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and validating customer and account documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. This role supports bank operations by conducting detailed research, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining account records in accordance with federal regulations and internal standards. Key Responsibilities + Verify customer and account information in compliance with federal regulations, IRS tax reporting requirements, and internal policies + Perform research and maintenance within the FIS/Mocha3270 system to ensure data accuracy and service-level compliance + Conduct quality reviews of consumer, business, trust, and related account documentation, including signature cards and legal paperwork + Identify and correct account discrepancies to prevent losses, fraud, or improper charges + Maintain and update deposit, loan, and time deposit account records + Utilize Synergy to review, upload, and correct customer documentation and account history + Communicate with branch personnel to obtain corrected or missing documentation + Support annual tax reporting accuracy for deposit and certificate accounts Qualifications + 2–3 years of direct bank operations experience, or 5+ years equivalent combination of education and experience + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills + Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and account documentation + Ability to research complex issues and work in a high-volume, accuracy-driven environment Ref: #208-Rowland Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
