The Document Control Coordinator is located in Pickering and involves working on a full-range of QA Document Control and Administrative tasks as it relates to Nuclear, EPC and Refurbishment projects in the Power Generation Region.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the enforcement of Black & McDonald’s management system documents and certifications ES-MSAReports directly to the Quality Control Manager and functionally to the QA Lead Maintain Quality RecordsEnsure quality documentation and records are organized for quality program auditsMaintain Audit & Distribution LogsDocument Control for Major Projects (logging transmittals, confirmation of documents)Maintain Qualification Records for Inspection & Test PersonnelControlling Documents (e.g. Standard Quality Forms, Standard Quality Procedures)Archiving history dockets and storage Assisting new hires with setup- communicating with IT in setting up computers, email, work stations and ID’sDocument Control for Major Projects (logging transmittals, confirmation of documents- routing of CWPs from client – TSSA – and Trade supervision for execution)Assisting Project Coordinators with project specific tasks (drawings, packages, transmittals, etc) Archiving history dockets and storage- scanning of CWPs and submitting to client via VenDM – Records Maintain Quality Records at site – PNGS General administrative duties requiredCOMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
