The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for two (2) full-time Dockworkers to join our fast-paced team at our Edmonton, Alberta office. This role is responsible for:

Load, unload and move product and materials to and from trailers and containers onto dockOperate equipment such as forklift, clamp truck, dollies or hand trucks, etc.Inspect equipment prior to commencing shift and as required during shiftVerify accuracy of product being received and shippedMay be required to break down skids of product and build smaller orders for delivery to customerEnsure product is moved in a safe manner and reports any incidents to their supervisor or leadhandComplete various documents as requiredMaintain a clean and safe work areaCandidate must be able to work any shift, weekends included. Our hours of operation are 24 hours per day 7 days per week


What you need to be successful in the role:

2 years forklift experience required1 year of transportation or warehouse experience requiredAbility to lift up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs)Forklift certifiedDangerous goods certifiedClean criminal record checkAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAccuracy, dependability, and ability to safely operate dockFlexibility with workload and dutiesPositive and team-oriented attitudeAbility to work independentlyProven positive work ethic
