About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a diligent and meticulous individual for the role of DO NOT APPLY - TEST REQ - Material Handler I. Joining our top-notch engineering team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless and effective operation of our processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory by recognizing, labeling, and positioning materials and supplies in stock; recording the location of the inventory.Find materials and supplies by retrieving and confirming items listed on production orders.Record the delivery of units and their respective locations to document the disposition of materials and supplies.Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.Strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure the flawless execution of material handling processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar role.Outstanding attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
