Driveway DMV Specialist

Compensation: $20-24hr

We’re looking for a detail-oriented DMV Specialist to join our team in Dallas! In this role, you’ll handle multi-state DMV processes, prepare and submit title work, and connect with customers for a smooth process. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and submit accurate out-of-state title work

Call customers regarding DMV processes and required documents

Communicate with vendors, state DMVs, and internal partners for updates and corrections

Ensure timely processing and coordinate plate shipments

Provide regular status updates and support other DMV-related tasks

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service experience

Strong attention to detail and time management

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to problem-solve and work with urgency

Knowledge of DMV processes (multi-state experience a plus)
