The Equipment Warehouse Technician 1 manages the logistics and upkeep of medical equipment within a warehouse setting. Duties include receiving, staging, and storing various types of durable medical equipment, and ensuring orderly and efficient organization. This role is responsible for picking and pulling inventory based on specific work orders. The job requires considerable physical effort, including lifting heavy items up to 100 lbs and engaging in activities like stooping and standing for extended periods. The Equipment Warehouse Technician 1 performs basic cleaning and testing of equipment to maintain quality standards before distribution. The Equipment Warehouse Technician 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
The Equipment Warehouse Technician 1 engages in a variety of tasks including tagging, staging, storing, and maintaining inventory. This role will participate in a multiweek training program to become proficient in handling equipment, understanding warehouse processes, and mastering workflows. Primary responsibilities will involve receiving and staging equipment efficiently. This role necessitates a mechanical aptitude for tasks like assembling received equipment. Additionally, duties include utilizing software systems for inputting and managing information related to inventory and equipment logistics. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications:
1) High school diploma
2) 0-2 years of experience
3) Ability to stand, walk, and unload items safely
4) Awareness of safety protocols, including PPE and infection control
5) Must be 21 years or older, based on DOT driving requirements
6) Positive Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no misdemeanor traffic violations in the last 5 years and no felony traffic violations
7) Demonstrate safe operation of company vehicles and adhere to DOT driving standards
8) Successfully pass a driving test at the branch as part of DOT and OHS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Prior experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) or warehouse settings

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$37,440 - $43,800 per year
