Job Description The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to independently perform administration and engineering of various Data Loss Prevention products, compliance with security requirements as well as participate in incident investigation and resolution, projects, functionality and rule testing, upgrades and enhancements for DLP technical infrastructures. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide triage, resolution and technical support to the client • Resolve incidents based on mutually agreed SLA, severity and priority • Meet or exceed GSO SLA requirements of internal stakeholders • Quickly reply to queries regarding issues • Able to test and replicate issue and trace cause of the problem • Isolate issues and server specific problems • Support, patch and upgrades including external dependencies. • Participate in team meetings • Participate in client/internal audit meetings • Maintain Issue and Incident Knowledgebase • Comply with change and incident management processes utilizing Service Now • Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives for DLP platforms • Provide direct support for DLP products • Coordinate with other organizations and manufacturer support • Develop and implement automation and monitoring to improve system availability and supportability Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in information security • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience. • At least 2 years of DLP experience required. • Windows desktop and server systems support experience required. • CISSP or equivalent certification preferred. • Demonstrated and hands on experience with, DLP technologies • Network troubleshooting experience required • Experience writing Procedure/Process documentation • Deploy, configure and administer; Data in Motion, Data in Use products, CASB, Data at Rest scanning and Data Insight. • Assist in the operational and performance issues related to DLP infrastructure and applications • Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize DLP products • Test and analyze develop custom scripts, programs as needed • Automation experience with DLP policy testing • Understanding of cloud/SaaS environments • Knowledge of SIEM tools and Dashboard creation tools like PowerBI • Working Experience with DLP tools like Trellix, SkyHigh, NetSkope,Zscalar,Palo Alto etc Personal Skills • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines • Maintain professional and cordial relationship with internal clients and external vendors • Able to work with internal and external teams on a regular basis • Able to work in high pressure situations • Able to communicate effectively in English (oral, written and electronic) • Willing to take ownership, Good team player • Flexible attitude and availability to work outside regional working hours to support global business
