Job Summary

The position will require the qualified candidate to be with technical knowledge, experience and skills required to efficiently provide Force Protection Operations. Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for personnel engaged in the Physical Security function for the organization that includes monitoring the systems associated with the flow of personnel and visitors, and responsible for security inspectionsUnder general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team.Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.Manage and supervise HCN security guards and other security DHs, enforcing rules and regulations, controlling access, and performing protective duties.May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience.Plans, organizes and leads day to day activities of one or more departmental or functional activities.Establishes production standards, monitors compliance, and recommends operational improvements.Excellent customer relations, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsEnsures awareness and monitors employee compliance with all applicable functional directives, safety regulations, company directives, policies, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

Must be a US CitizenBachelor's degree or equivalent level of training in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.Should be having 7+ years of experience in security management, preferably in military set up.Working knowledge of military facility security policies and planning.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and external agencies.Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.Should be a holder of Active secret Clearance or should be in position to obtain one.Must possess a driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with multiple interruptions/distractions
