The right candidate will be responsible for assisting the Division President or City Manager in the development of financial goals and operating plans for the division. Directs the business plan and day-to-day operations to achieve desired objectives, profit, revenue, customer satisfaction and return on shareholder's equity. Devise and implement strategic plans for division growth, new markets and growing market share.
