**Job Summary:**
The Division President provides executive leadership, vision, and direction for the Division and ensures alignment with enterprise strategy, growth objectives, and financial performance expectations. This role is accountable for overall P&L, long‑range strategic planning, major client relationships, culture leadership, and the success of the Division Vice President and regional leadership structure. The Division President serves as the senior-most leader of the Division and is responsible for driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and client value across all regions.
**Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Leadership & Growth**
+ Sets the long‑term strategic direction for the Division and ensures alignment with corporate goals.
+ Leads enterprise‑level business planning, including growth strategies, competitive positioning, and investment prioritization.
+ Oversees Division-wide financial performance, including P&L accountability, multi‑year planning, and performance management.
+ Partners with the Division Vice President and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure successful execution of divisional strategies and operational plans.
+ Leads strategic initiatives, transformational priorities, and cross‑functional business efforts affecting the Division.
**Executive Oversight & Governance**
+ Provides executive guidance to the Division Vice President and Regional Vice Presidents, ensuring clarity of priorities, performance expectations, and leadership development.
+ Builds a high‑performing leadership culture that drives accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
+ Oversees and approves divisional policies, programs, and high‑impact operational decisions elevated from the Division Vice President or RVP’s.
+ Evaluates overall divisional performance and ensures resources, structure, and capabilities align with strategic needs.
**Major Client & External Relations**
+ Maintains executive relationships with top-tier clients to support retention, expansion, and strategic partnerships.
+ Represents the Division externally with key stakeholders, business partners, and industry organizations.
+ Provides executive support for high‑value proposals, enterprise contracts, and strategic business opportunities when appropriate.
**Financial Leadership**
+ Sets the Division’s financial vision and long‑range financial goals, ensuring sustainable profitability.
+ Reviews financial performance and risk indicators across the Division and provides executive direction for course correction.
+ Oversees capital planning, major investments, and strategic resource allocation.
**People & Culture Leadership**
+ Champions leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
+ Fosters a culture of integrity, collaboration, accountability, and high performance across the Division.
+ Coaches and develops senior leaders, including the Division Vice President and RVPs.
**Qualifications:**
+ 12+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
+ Proven ability to lead large, multi‑region operations and guide senior leaders through complex organizational change.
+ Strong strategic planning skills with demonstrated success in enterprise alignment and long‑term growth leadership.
+ Ability to build relationships with executive-level customers and influence outcomes at the C‑Suite level.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
+ Demonstrated success leading through leaders (e.g., VPs, regional executives).
+ High integrity, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and scale organizational capability.
