We are seeking an experienced and strategic Division Liaison Manager to develop and lead our local organization responsible for life sciences products portfolio, with the mission to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions. This strategic leadership role oversees product management, customer service, and technical service teams, ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with market needs and scientific innovation. The role will collaborate with other business units and the Sales & Marketing teams to develop go-to-market models for each product portfolio within the affiliate.

The ideal candidate brings a holistic, cross-functional view of product strategy and operations, with proven success in leading complex portfolios and teams within a global or regional life sciences organizations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own the operations of our Israel affiliate, ensuring execution and excellence.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency, rigorously aligning with global standards and objectives.Coordinate operations, including supply chain, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless and efficient processes.Collaborate closely with local and global teams to integrate strategies and ensure mutual value creation.Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and expansion within the local market.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.Keep an eye on performance metrics and data to continuously improve and increase operational efficiency.Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and a culture of excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum 7 years of experience in operational management, preferably within a global organization.Proven record of optimally completing initiatives and driving operational excellence.Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and empower teams.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proficient in English and Hebrew.Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated projects and relationships across functions and geographies.
