Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Division Lead Quality Engineer.
This role is located at our Waukesha, WI site. The role is hybrid. No relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

**What you’ll do:**
The Lead Quality Engineer will drive customer satisfaction with top customers as well as plan, coordinate and lead activities associated with sustaining the quality management system (QMS) for the Power Delivery and Regulation Division. In this highly visible position, the responsibilities include managing customer scorecards and portals for top customers, driving customer corrective actions with Plants, Suppliers, or Product Engineering as applicable, and regularly reporting metrics associated with top customer performance. In addition, the Engineer will coordinate business ISO 9001:2015 certification, the Eaton Quality Management System and oversee the continual improvement of the site’s QMS through internal audits, corrective and preventive actions.
**In this role you will:**
+ Support execution of supplier and customer performance improvement processes.
+ Manage customer complaints, portals, meetings, and performance metrics.
+ Lead and track corrective actions for customer issues and audit findings.
+ Collaborate with Engineering on customer reliability concerns and issue resolution.
+ Prepare customer test reports and regular performance reporting.
+ Maintain and improve QMS; update processes to meet corporate and customer requirements.
+ Coordinate internal, FEA, and third‑party audits; maintain audit records.
+ Serve as (or become) a certified internal auditor; monitor auditor pool capability.
+ Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis (SPC, audits, capability metrics).
+ Ensure completion of required EQMS training across functions.
**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
+ Three (3) years of experience within Quality in a Manufacturing enviroment.
+ Must be able/willing to travel up to 25% of time

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Five (5) years of professional experience in the Quality field
+ Certified as Internal or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100, IATF16949)
+ ASQ Certification (Quality Auditor, Engineer, or Manager)
+ DMAIC Six Sigma Experience
