Perform financial analysis of land, entitlement, or development activitiesPerform market analysis of land to evaluate market trends, property values, and economic factors to support acquisition decisionsConduct research into property ownership, land titles, and legal descriptions using public records and databasesAnalyze zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental constraints to assess development feasibilityReview all financial and market analysis with various department leadsEnsure timelines are met in land purchase contractsPrepare and manage models and supporting documents for all necessary region and corporate submissionsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnight
