JSG is looking for a Division HR Director managing multi-sites in MA, CA, and MX in Peabody, MA. 

As a key strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in supporting the success of our multi-site RF&M operations. 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience

Proven experience managing and mentoring HR teams

Background supporting multi-site, multi-state manufacturing operations, including locations in MA, CA, and MX

Deep expertise in Human Resources, with a strong grasp of employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices

Demonstrated success in union environments, including negotiating collective bargaining agreements

Strong track record of managing performance processes and leading succession planning initiatives that build talent pipelines and strengthen organizational bench strength

Experience leading HR compliance initiatives, mitigating risk, and maintaining audit readiness through strong processes and employee training

Proficiency in managing a Drug-Free Workplace Program, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a calm, sound decision-making approach in high-pressure environments

Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Salary range: $150K-$175K plus bonus
