Division Commercial Finance Lead
Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Division Commercial Finance Lead. This is a hybrid position that can be based at the following Eaton locations: Beachwood OH, Menomonee Falls WI, or Moon Township PA. This position will lead the Commercial Finance activities for the Industrial Controls Division (ICD). The role reports to the ICD Strategic Finance Manager. The primary responsibilities are sales & orders forecasting, distributor rebate analysis, competitor benchmarking & analytics, pricing coordination, R&D partnership on new programs and business cases, product line margin & performance, portfolio management, and supporting finance transformation initiatives. This role will work very closely with the PLM's and marketing organization in addition to Engineering. This position is highly visible and will work cross-functionally with the senior leadership of both plants and the division teams. The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** + Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategy across the product portfolio including product innovation and portfolio management, sales effectiveness, end-market diversification and commercial excellence. + Create standard work associated with analyzing/prioritizing, tracking and executing outgrowth investments with a specific focus on partnering with engineering, product management and program management on NPI ROI and BOC quality. + Support profitability initiatives including partnering with PLM’s and creating standard work for execution around head & tail process, mix management and complexity management. + Establish process rigor around pricing to ensure entitlement through timely actions. Partner with Groups, commercial teams and SCM to ensure appropriate pricing strategies to increase win rate while maintaining profitability. + Support Eaton’s digital strategy regarding new technologies, business models, and revenue streams that will drive transformation within the organization. + Work on strategic initiatives with Group and ES-A level commercial finance leaders to ensure alignment on processes and scope + Lead and execute finance transformation projects to enhance financial performance, streamline processes, and drive strategic growth. Participate in BPI and continuous improvement teams as necessary. + Support ICD with developing short-term (forecast), mid-term (annual profit plan) and long term (strategic plan) sales outlook. Partner with operations, marketing, and supply chain on SIOP process. + Track win/loss ratio of sales org with salesforce partnership, pipeline and backlog to monitor state of the business. + Analyze NEMA market share and key competitor performance in conjunction with ES-A Finance + Partner with our Warehouse teams as key business partner to evaluate stock fill rates, re-order points, and inventory management + Commercial credit support as needed for cash flow management + Interim State Job Responsibilites: + Lead and support the finance and plant leadership teams through finance transformation + Champion the finance culture change at the plant level, aiding the finance team to operate as business partners. + Manage through transformation change in function and lead various activities associated with it **Qualifications:** **Basic (required) Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution + Five years of progressive experience in finance/accounting + Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
