District Manager DM – Job Description

We are advancing the future of ADHD treatment by launching a next‑generation drug‑delivery device designed to improve patient experience, adherence, and outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a pharmaceutical sales team to launch an innovative delivery platform for an ADHD product, combining science, technology, and patient-centered design.

The District Manager (DM) will be responsible for achieving client corporate and district sales objectives by hiring, leading and developing a pharmaceutical sales team within a specific geography.  He/she will be accountable to maintain compliance with all IQVIA and client policies that govern field sales

activity.

Education, Experience, & Other Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university5+ year of proven, documented, consistent, and successful track record in the pharmaceutical industry required1+ years as a pharmaceutical sales manager required2+ years as a pharmaceutical sales representative requiredExperience recruiting and selecting new hires required

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Psychiatry and Pediatrics strongly preferredExtensive travel required with majority of time working and coaching representatives in their territoriesMay be required to work evenings and weekends as needed (conferences, programs, etc.)Must live within the current geography or willing to relocate to itMust have successful product launch experience documented with sales results and examples of company awards

The potential base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
