Responsibilities The Opportunity *Work at the district level to ensure the effective execution of all sales plans in such a way that sales objectives are met. *Ensure that the sales execution agenda is carried out. *Achieve the sales volume and productivity of all accounts under your responsibility. Your Impact *Ensure that sales plans and objectives are met as established. *Provide analytical support to the Category Management area on all market initiatives. *Identify areas of opportunity for development plans for your team: offer coaching, develop sales skills. *Work together with the Execution Manager to identify growth opportunities by category, client, and brand, and maintain constant communication to ensure that action plans can be executed and accomplished. *Ensure the best results in sales measurement systems (indicators). *Ensure alignment and execution of goals, training on key tools and capabilities, and individual achievement of business and people goals. *Maintain constant and direct communication with the Account Management and Category Management teams to ensure alignment of all parties and that sales objectives are met. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? *BBA in Business Administration, in Marketing, Management, or related fields. *5+ years of experience in sales and management. *Knowledge of direct sales systems. *Account management, analytical skills for business development, and communication skills. *Fluency in English and Spanish. *Knowledge of Microsoft Office. *Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. *Flexibility to work long hours and travel within and outside of Puerto Rico. *Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
