Your future responsibilities:

Responsibility for the profit and loss statement (P&L) in the Austrian marketLeading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of specialistsConducting business meetings with clients, including price and contract negotiationsPromoting business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and acquiring new clientsSupporting sales initiatives through effective operational planning and personnel managementCollaborating with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunitiesComplying with occupational health and safety guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment for the team

Who we are looking for:

At least 5-10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in team leadershipVocational training, university degree or similar training in food technology or a related fieldAn inspiring leader with a passion for developing their team members.Customer-focused and experienced in delivering tailored, high-quality service solutions.Experienced in financial management, including knowledge of profit and loss statements.A champion of safety and committed to a safe working environment.Excellent German and English skills
