Salary Range: $65000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple locationsImplement strategies to enhance sales and customer serviceLead, train, and motivate a talented teamConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedbackEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in management, preferably in the food & beverage industryStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsWillingness to travel between locations as needed
