We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations in the Atlanta, GA area. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving operational efficiency, optimizing profitability, and fostering strong client relationships across a multi-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational oversight, with a proven ability to lead teams, enhance performance, and deliver outstanding results. You will oversee daily operations across multiple locations, implement and monitor operational policies and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement. This role requires a strong leader who can mentor and develop site managers and frontline teams, manage budgets effectively, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned district portfolioDirect and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionOversee new client transitions and implementation of servicesLead, coach, and develop site supervisors and account managersEnsure effective scheduling and resource allocationReview and manage district financial performance, including P&L accountabilityPromote employee engagement and retention initiativesDistrict Manager Training Program:
Prior to full placement, you’ll participate in an intensive management training program where you will:

Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience2–3 years of multi-unit operational oversightProficiency in understanding and managing P&L statementsStrong operational, leadership, and organizational skillsExcellent client interfacingDemonstrated history of delivering excellent customer serviceValid driver's license with clean driving recordSecurity industry experience is a plusPreferred Competencies:
