**主要职责：** + 制定并执行公司在指定区域或地区的业务计划。跨部门合作协调以推进品牌战略在区域内的实施。 + 计划和实施与医药代表的协访。监督和辅导医药代表提供高质量的产品信息传递，学术推广和相关的反馈。 + 参与医药代表的选拔、招聘和培训/辅导工作。定期评估医药代表的业绩，帮助他们制定个人发展计划，建立合理的人才梯队。 任职资格 + **工作经验：** 3年以上制药行业工作经验，1年以上管理经验，过往有较好绩效 + **通用技能：** 逻辑思维能力，结果导向，良好的学习敏锐度，韧性，成就驱动，保持同理心，主人翁意识 + **专业技能：** 良好的区域业务以及人员分析能力，能够准确判断区域机会点；能基于关键增长点制定区域销售策略，策略聚焦且能充分支持增长点的达成；能基于销售策略，制定清晰，具体，合理的业务目标和关键客户的管理目标;能基于销售策略及目标，制定行之有效的行动计划。并有明确合理的跟进及评估方式；能基于策略设定针对性强且 合理的团队及人员的管理计 划，匹配人力效能，确保区域 目标的达成。 + **教育背景：** 医学、药学、化工、护理、生物等相关专业，专科或以上学历 **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
