【職務說明】

尋找一位具備良好溝通與組織能力的運輸主任，負責產品運送的安排與計劃，並管理卡車司機的日常運作。 此職位將確保運輸作業符合公司內部標準與客戶的服務要求，並持續優化運輸效率與準時率。

【主要職責】

規劃與安排每日/每周的產品運送計劃，確保準時交貨管理相關物流人員與指導卡車司機，監督其出勤、路線安排與工作表現確保所有運輸作業符合公司政策、客戶要求及相關法規處理運輸過程中的突發狀況與客訴，並提出改善方案與倉儲、業務及客戶服務團隊協調，確保運輸資訊即時更新定期檢視運輸績效指標（如準時率、成本、客戶滿意度）並提出優化建議協助進行司機培訓與安全教育，提升團隊整體表現

【任職資格】

大專以上學歷，物流、運輸管理相關科系尤佳具備5年以上運輸或物流相關經驗，有管理司機或物流操作團隊經驗者優先熟悉運輸安排、路線規劃與基本車輛管理知識良好的溝通協調能力與問題解決能力熟悉Microsoft Office與基本報表製作能力有SAP（或者其他ERP）/ WMS / TMS使用經驗者優先有化學品管理經驗者尤佳能配合加班或輪班者佳
