As a Distribution Services Coordinator, you’ll support several key functions within Site Services, primarily shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations. You will navigate our 55-acre campus daily and play an essential role in ensuring all deliveries, packages, and mail are accurately received, inspected, processed, and delivered. + Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and Ground/Air packages throughout our multi-building, 55-acre complex (up to 50 lbs). + Receive, scan, and track all incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software. + Inspect materials upon arrival and complete required receiving documentation, including regular coordination with the Pilot Plant. + Provide professional, customer-focused service and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal partners. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED required. + 2+ years of experience in a customer service–oriented shipping and receiving environment. + 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). **Other** + May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Buddy lift techniques may be utilized. The approximate pay range for this position is $38,000 to $51,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
