As a Distribution Services Coordinator, you’ll support several key functions within Site Services, primarily shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations. You will navigate our 55-acre campus daily and play an essential role in ensuring all deliveries, packages, and mail are accurately received, inspected, processed, and delivered. + Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and Ground/Air packages throughout our multi-building, 55-acre complex (up to 50 lbs). + Receive, scan, and track all incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software. + Inspect materials upon arrival and complete required receiving documentation, including regular coordination with the Pilot Plant. + Provide professional, customer-focused service and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal partners. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED required. + 2+ years of experience in a customer service–oriented shipping and receiving environment. + 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). **Other** + May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Buddy lift techniques may be utilized. The approximate pay range for this position is $38,000 to $51,000.
