Join the European Distribution Network (EDN) Country Support team within J&J DELIVER EMEA IM Supply Chain — where every shipment is “hope in a box.” **We are searching for the best talent for a Distribution Network Coordinator to be in Beerse.** You’ll be a key connector between manufacturing, our European hubs (Beerse and La Louvière), and downstream distribution — helping deliver Innovative Medicine (IM) and Advanced Therapy (AT) products across markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for professionals who love fast tempo, cross-functional collaboration, and visible outcomes. You’ll be responsible for one or more countries/regions within the worldwide distribution network. This means that you will be the single point of contact for all stakeholders to support the end-to-end supply chain processes and value-added services resulting in excellent customer experience. **Key responsibilities:** + Act as the single point of contact for one or more countries/regions, ensuring smooth end-to-end supply chain processes and excellent customer experience. + Coordinate daily exceptions and priorities for inbound and outbound shipments, working with transport providers, hubs, planners, QA/QP, and sites to resolve issues quickly. + Proactively drive escalations to prevent market disruptions and maintain service continuity. + Assist in assessing and implementing local distribution changes, including product launches, delistings, divestments, and go-to-market adjustments. + Track KPIs, analyze trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop actions. Drive process improvements through daily tier rhythms. + Build strong relationships with market teams, capture local insights, and provide timely support for distribution-related queries. + Coordinate operational value-added service activities with planners, operations, QA/QP, and sites in partnership with EDN colleagues. **Qualifications & skills** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, background in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. + At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or customer service. + End-to-end understanding of distribution processes with a customer-oriented approach + Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Familiarity with SharePoint/Power BI/Power Automate is a plus. + Fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages are an advantage. + Strong analytic mindset focused on business results and operational data + Attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety. + Excellent communicator who builds influence across boundaries and drives results. + Proactive, independent, and collaborative — you prioritize, escalate, and deliver.
