Reporting to the UK&IE Country Sales Director, this exciting opportunity will suit a proactive candidate with solid management experience who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering results in previous roles both individually and with teams, intent on introducing, retaining, and growing the business.
Key attributes for the role include exceptional selling, negotiating and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, coaching and leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, distribution sales targets, management of existing distributors, the acquisition of new customers, new sales, follow-up on individual contracts, pricing adjustments and the implementation of contracts in co-ordination with the Country Sales Director.
A commercial mindset with excellent presentation, communication and listening skills is required.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Deliver the Distribution Sales GAIN and GROW targets and OI TargetEmpower, Engage and Energise the Distribution Sales Development Team to deliver on GTW metrics, Forecast Accuracy, Safety Metrics, Pipeline ManagementActively gather data and build a strategy to provide win-win solutions with distributors leading to future business growthCo-ordinate sales and strategic activities with the internal and external organisations, establishing firm and profitable distributor relationshipsAnalyse and report key sales and project management data as well as forecast future expectation of your distributorsMaintain and RETAIN existing businessBe an active part of the UK and Ireland SLT TeamKey support on strategic projects within the Region and across the wider Division and MarketMinimum Qualifications
