Distribution Manager
Description • Manage the daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. • Lead, train, and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and hourly associates to ensure productivity and performance standards are met or exceeded. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and all federal/state regulations. • Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to support seamless end-to-end supply chain operations. • Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. • Manage labor scheduling, time and attendance, and staffing levels to align with business volume. • Prepare and manage budgets, including labor, supplies, and maintenance. • Assist Facilities Maintenance Manager at nearby production facility with vendor and contractor relationships related to maintenance, equipment, and facility needs. This person will be provided benefits once they have asked to come onsite for the final round of interviews. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Dyer,TN.
