Distribution Lead I

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced **Distribution Lead** to supervise up to 100 employees and manage daily operations within a warehouse environment. The Distribution Lead will oversee inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Shift: 8am to 5pm
Pay: 29.05/hr

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Directly supervise up to 100 individuals.
+ Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Oversee inbound, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.
+ Track operational efficiency and ensure timely completion of work in the assigned area.
+ Utilize staff effectively to meet operational goals.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage a large team and maintain high operational standards.
+ Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and flow processes.
**Additional Information:**
+ This is an onsite, full-time role in a warehouse environment.
