Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our distribution team. This role is based in the office and will support daily operations by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of information between clients, sales, and operations.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to resolve issues and support client needs
Maintain accurate records in company systems and update customer accounts as needed
Assist with invoicing, returns, and other order-related documentation
Provide general office and administrative support as required
