ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
A DAY IN THE LIFESupports the Office Manager with the overall office management of a DC CampusSupports with mail receipts and distribution for their buildingCoordinates meetings by booking space and coordinating suppliesOrders and maintains inventory of office suppliesPlans and executes employee engagement events for the DCs ex: holiday party, ordering food trucks, rewards, and recognition, etc.Supports with scheduling travel arrangements and itinerariesReviews manager expense claims for accuracy and adherence to policyPrepares and processes invoices in the companies invoicing and expense systemSupports with budget tracking for their buildingAssists with tracking and informing Managers, P and C and Talent Acquisition on status of new hire in the applicant tracking systemWill perform other duties as requested by the Director of the Distribution Center 

QUALIFICATIONS1 year of experience in clerical or administrative support duties preferredProactive and solution-orientedExcellent team player and ability to work independentlyAbility to communicate effectively with the business both verbal and writtenExtraordinary customer service, organizational and time management skillsWillingness to learn and ability to adapt to a growing changing environmentCompetent within Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Excel and OutlookValid drivers licenseDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and strong judgementMust be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Compensation and Benefits Package

Typical Hiring Range: $23.65 - $27.85/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location 
Target Bonus: 5% 
Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.83 - $29.24/hour 
Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.25, depending on location
