Together, we help build our nation’s infrastructure from the ground up. **What You’ll Do:** + Responsible for supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives as part of the established plan. + Coordinates warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution and component part support, and supports compliance tasks. + Ensures the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility. + Provides daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivers basic skills training, coaching and mentoring. + Schedules repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts, and assists in developing replenishment plans for equipment. + Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements + Regular and reliable attendance + Other duties as assigned If you’re ready to lead, grow, and make an impact, **apply today** and see why Ferguson is where careers thrive. - **Pay Range:** - $21.41 - $46.54 - **_Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_** **OR** **_Hourly for all other roles._** - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
