What You’ll Do:
Responsible for supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives as part of the established plan.Coordinates warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution and component part support, and supports compliance tasks.Ensures the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility.Provides daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivers basic skills training, coaching and mentoring.Schedules repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts, and assists in developing replenishment plans for equipment.Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirementsRegular and reliable attendanceOther duties as assignedIf you’re ready to lead, grow, and make an impact, apply today and see why Ferguson is where careers thrive.

$21.41 - $46.54-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
